After entering 27 countries, the startup Dinneer, comes to the Chinese market. The manager of the Pantanal, the Incubator UFMS companies, Jardel Mattos, attended a series of meetings and negotiation rounds with several businessmen and investors in the country for presentation of the concept and the investment opportunities in service.
According to the CEO of Dinneer.com, Flávio Estevam, “in a presentation, Japanese investors said we “brazilianered” meals. The Brazilian has that, the meal is a social event, not an automatic act of feeding. We like it and we incorporate it to our DNA, “he said.
Harry Wand, president of Linear Venture, 75% of the investments occurring in China are related to startups. However, despite the difficulty of joining a highly competitive market, Jardel believes that the company achieved good results.
“In the coming months a major announcement for Brazilian startups can happen,” said the manager. Dinneer.com is a shared saving startup, Airbnb for dinners, in which a host can open your home and get a visitor for a meal, making friends and making money.
Dinneer came to unite people who have a passion for cooking and host to people who love to live unusual dining experiences. Our community has brought thousands of hosts and visitors together, sharing meals and discover new stories, new cultures and new friendships.
Since its founding in July 2015, Dinneer allows thousands of people to promote shared dinners in over 100 Brazilian cities and in several countries in Latin America and Europe, such as Argentina, Colombia, Portugal and Spain.
