Banco Original created a Bot (virtual teller) to interact with users via Facebook Messenger. The platform allows a flow of responsive interaction, instant and uncomplicated via the messaging tool of social network.
“From now on, customers and non-customers who want to communicate with the bank, either for questions or request service, can now send messages via instant messaging application of social network and receive specific answers on the subject matter,” says the institution.
Developed by the innovation area of the bank, the teller will act as a SAC robotized, providing programmed answers about payments, registration changes, ATM, exchange cards and checks, checking account, funds, investments, PicPay, political and institutional profile, program points, security and tariffs.
In 2013, Banco Original began investing in building a fully digital bench with innovative proposal, the first bank in Brazil who was born 100% digital. The application for online account opening and access to services are available for iOS and Android. Currently, the company’s Facebook page brings together more than 67,000 followers.
